Encouragement & Prayer
December 4, 2025
15 Open my lips, Lord, and my mouth will declare your praise. 16 You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings.17 My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.
Psalm 51:15-17 (NIV)
Gracious and Merciful Father, thank You for this day. Thank You for Your amazing grace and faithfulness beyond what we deserve. You are the only wise God, and we acknowledge that You are sovereign! You reign over heaven and earth, all power belongs to You! Forgive us for our sins and forgive those who have sinned against us. Bless us to walk in Your ways and let Your Holy Spirit be our guide. Equip us with wisdom and understanding to help others. Remove any bitterness, envy, jealousy, or any other spirit contrary to who You are in us. Let Your love abide in us so that we will know to treat others with love and extend grace, even to our enemies. Do not allow our enemies to triumph over us, whether physical or spiritual; give us victory. Heal us of aches, pains, sickness, or any other attack on our bodies. Restore and renew our physical and mental health. Deliver us from the will of the evil one and all his wicked devices. Cast down negative thoughts and lies that he tries to bring to us. Cover our loved ones and all connected with us with the Blood of Jesus, guard them from hurt, harm, and danger.
Lord, bless us to be workers in Your kingdom today. Use us to help others and be living witnesses of Your goodness and mercy. Deliver those who are lost and entangled in the bondage of sin; draw them to You and save them from the pit of hell.
Lord, fulfill Your joy in us today and help us to stay rooted and grounded in Your truth, no matter what arises.
May all who desperately seek find You and find everything they need. May provision be made for all who need food, shelter, clothing, or financial assistance. Provide from Your riches in glory!
May the promises You made come to pass in Your season, and until then give us strength to endure.
Holy, Righteous Father, we place all of our hope and trust in You; we glorify and praise You alone!
Hallelujah!
In Jesus' Name
Amen!
